Acceptable Use Policy

PennyVid is an AI tool for making short informational and entertaining videos. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not create with it. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you submit (topics, scripts, titles, images) and everything you generate.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use PennyVid to create, upload or share content that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW or sexually suggestive, including nudity, erotic or fetish content;
• involves minors in any sexual, suggestive or exploitative way — we report such content to the authorities;
• depicts or promotes graphic violence, gore, terrorism, self-harm or suicide;
• promotes hatred, discrimination or harassment against people or groups;
• impersonates a real person or organization, or is a deepfake or misleading depiction of a real person;
• is fraudulent or deceptive, such as scams, fake endorsements, phishing or deliberate misinformation;
• threatens, defames or bullies anyone, or reveals someone’s private information;
• promotes illegal activity, illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or other regulated goods without the required authorization;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other rights, including images you do not have rights to;
• is spam or is intended to manipulate platforms, reviews or engagement.

2. Prohibited behavior

• trying to get around content moderation, for example by rephrasing or encoding prohibited requests;
• automated or bulk access, scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the Service;
• creating multiple or fake accounts to collect free or referral credits;
• reselling access to the Service, or using stolen payment methods.

3. Moderation and enforcement

Every topic and script is screened by automated moderation before anything is generated, and requests that may break this policy are refused. Automated screening is not perfect: you remain responsible for what you create. If we find a violation we may remove content, refuse or block generation, forfeit credits without refund, suspend or close your account, and report illegal content to the authorities.

4. Reporting

To report content made with PennyVid that you believe breaks this policy, email support@pennyvid.com with a description and a link if you have one. We review reports promptly.
